Our rugs are normally packed and dispatched within
three working days. We send our rugs Priority and Recorded using the reliable
National Spanish postal service,
Los Correos, which provides easy parcel tracking
on their Website (available in English).

Our prices include Postage & Packaging to
world wide destinations.

Once your rug has been delivered,
you have 14 days in which to return it, should it not be to your
liking. The rug must be returned unused and must be well packaged to
prevent any damage when in transit. Once we have received the rug
and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it
was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund
minus the postage costs.

In the
very unlikely event that you find a manufacturer's defect with your
rug, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it. The rug must
be returned to us, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault
following our inspection, we will provide you with a
full refund of the return postage, and either a replacement or a full
refund of the rug, whichever you prefer.

PLEASE NOTE: we make every effort to
take accurate photos of our rugs. However, we are
unable to accept
responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. If you are
not happy with the colours, please return your rug to us as
indicated above and we will refund you fully (except for the
shipping costs).
